Ivy House
Ivy House is a detached victorian town house, sleeping 10/12. Ten in the main house in 5 bedrooms (see details below) plus an option for another 2 on a sofabed in the games room
This is a wonderful house in the centre of Presteigne, close to Radnor Forest and ideal for exploring the borderlands of Wales and England.
There are plenty of features in this house, with cosy woodburner, well-equipped games room, enclosed garden, five bedrooms over two floors and is ideal for the larger family or group of friends.
The nearest shop is within 100 metres, and Presteigne High Street is only 250 metres away.
Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room with toilet and basin.
First floor: Bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 four poster, 1 twin.
Second Floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 kingsize, 2 twin.
Seperate games room with darts, table football and 1/2 size pool & table tennis as well as additional seating, sofabed, TV/DVD player and drinks fridge.
Gas central heating, woodburner in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, video, DVD player, stereo/CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. In 2008, Ivy House was reassessed and awarded the national unified grading of 3 stars by Visit Wales as a self-catering holiday home.
There is a steep staircase to the top floor.
